I know the 14 cup capacity is large compared to what is generally available but well worth it when doing large grating and chopping jobs. We take not had this unit very long but it has saved us a tremendous amount of time in our everyday food prep. The large mouth feed tube is great for whole potatoes when grating. I would definetly recomend this unit of measurement to anyone. I accept had smaller less powerfull units in the past and I would never go back to those. The structure seems solid with assembly and disassembly easy and intuitive. I similar the safety interlock design as well.

I take owned Cuisinart food processors for the by xxx years, and by far, the DLC2014N has been the best. In particular, the big feeding tuble allows for whole tomatoes, onions, potatoes etc to be beatifully processed. As another reviewed mentioned, this puppy is a workhorse and is used every day of the calendar week!

I have had a Cuisinart Food Processor for years and have enjoyed it vey much. So much that this is the third ane I accept purchased for some other grandchild's wedding gift.

I was skeptical about the new 'look' of this processor (I dear the archetype lines of the boxier old model) but the easy to clean lines and touch-pad are wonderful. Plenty of power, heavy duty blades, large capacity etc - actually a work-horse!

I am a working mom who loves to cook but my time is limited. This 14 cup processor is great for me because I tin can practice big or double batches of nearly anything and save time (I have the professional six quart KitchenAid mixer if that tells you anything). The get-go day I got it I had just been given a large bag of sweetness potatoes and I made filling for 2 sugariness spud pies in one batch. I had purchased and returned a KitchenAid processor because I had a trouble with liquids leaking out the bottom (the center post was too short) but this processor worked great. It has handled everything I've thrown at it, from pesto to shrimp dip to scones and cookie dough. I haven't tried staff of life even so (i of the reasons I got it) but will endeavor that next. Nearly cooks could probably become with the 11 cup model but I'grand really glad I didn't!
